Due to the high value of our designer bags, we require customers to provide identification (ID) as part of the hiring process. This measure ensures the security of our items and helps protect against potential loss or theft. If an incident occurs, we may share the provided information with law enforcement authorities and/or debt collection agencies to resolve the matter.
Once the bag is returned in the same condition it was sent in, your ID information will be securely deleted. We store this information securely and only retain it for as long as necessary to fulfil the rental and resolve any issues (such as damage, loss, or non-return). We take your privacy seriously and ensure all personal information is handled with care and confidentiality.
