Do you offer try ons?
Yes we do! In-person Dunedin dress try-ons can be booked here.
Try-ons run in 25 minute time slots for 1 - 3 people. There is a try on fee of $20 which can be redeemed on a rental if booked within 24 hours of your try on.
Do you offer postal try ons?
Yes we do! For those of you located outside of Dunedin we do run a limited postal try on service which can be requested here.
I am worried about damaging the rental!
We completely understand that accidental damage can be a concern, which is why we now offer an optional Damage Waiver. This covers minor, non-permanent damage such as heavier-than-usual staining, strap repairs, broken zips, and one round of additional dry cleaning etc.
In most cases, the Damage Waiver covers any extra cleaning or repairs needed. It’s very rare for customers to incur additional damage or replacement fees, it would generally only apply in cases of excessive or irreparable damage (which has very rarely happened in our years of business).

When will I receive my rental?
Postal rentals are sent Monday - Wednesday the week of your event or Monday - Tuesday if Friday is a public holiday. Pick up notifications will be emailed on your selected pick up date.
I can't find my tracking number or pick up notification?
These are emailed the day your rental is sent or ready to be picked up. If you can't find one be sure to check your junk/spam folder before messaging us as they often end up here!
When do I need to return my rental?
Pick ups need to be returned the Sunday or Monday after your event or the following day for weekday events between 8am - 6pm. Postal rentals need to be returned the following business day by 3pm via an NZ post counter (not a drop box).
What if I want to cancel my rental?
We completely understand that plans can change! For cancellations made 1 or more days before your rental start date, we will make the item available for other customers to book.
If the item is rebooked for the same rental date, a refund will be issued less a $5 processing fee. If the item is not rebooked, you will receive store credit for the full rental amount.
Please note that cancellations, refunds, or store credits are not available once an order has been fulfilled, shipped, collected, or the rental period has begun.
Do I need to wash my garment before sending it back?
Nope! In fact we ask that you don't wash the garment yourself as some pieces need extra care! However, if you do damage the dress please flick us a message to let us know!
What if my dress doesn't fit?
We do our best to give size guides (we can't always do this unfortunately) but in the case of your garment not fitting we don't offer refunds as this is a risk you are taking! We do offer swaps for certain circumstances which can be found in our t&c's. Please be mindful that the size guides are not 100% accurate.
